How RTYNON™ handles damaged, defective or incorrect fragrance deliveries.

Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. Approved cases receive a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to the original prepaid payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
